Tommy Sinclair is an Associate with O’Brien, Belland & Bushinsky concentrating in multiemployer benefit fund collections litigation under ERISA. Prior to joining O’Brien, Belland & Bushinsky, Tommy litigated ERISA breach of fiduciary duty class action claims on behalf of plan participants against some of the biggest corporations in America. After graduating from law school, Tommy served as Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Michael J. Silvanio of the Superior Court of New Jersey. Following his clerkship, Tommy spent two years litigating civil matters in New Jersey Superior Court.
Education:
Tommy earned his B.A. in History from Pennsylvania State University in 2013 with minors in Psychology and Classics & Ancient Mediterranean Studies. Tommy earned his J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2017 which he attended on a full Dean’s Merit Scholarship. While in law school, Tommy represented low-income clients in Villanova’s Civil Justice Clinic and Clinic for Asylum, Refugee & Emigrant Services. Additionally, Tommy interned for the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office and for the Honorable George A. Pagano of the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas.
