Madison Slupe, Esq.
Madison Slupe joined O’Brien, Belland & Bushinsky as an associate in January 2025. Her practice focuses on representing the firm’s labor and employee benefit fund clients on a wide range of issues, including matters arising under the NLRA, LMRDA, ACA, Internal Revenue Code, ERISA, and other federal statutes and regulations. Prior to joining the firm, she represented labor unions and their collectively bargained employee benefit plans on a local, regional, and national basis at a well-known union-side firm.
Madison earned her J.D. from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2021, where she served as an associate editor for the Villanova Law Review. While in law school, Madison was awarded two Peggy Browning Fund Fellowships. Prior to law school, Madison earned her B.A. in Labor and Employment Relations from the Pennsylvania State University in 2018, where she led the pro-labor student organization and was heavily involved with workers’ rights campaigns on campus.
Madison is a member of the AFL-CIO’s Union Lawyer Alliance and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
