David H. Lipow, Esq.

David H. Lipow has been an Associate at O’Brien, Belland & Bushinsky, LLC since June of 2018, and represents union members in the areas of bankruptcy, consumer law, and real estate.

David H. Lipow received a B.S. in Biology with a minor in Political Science from Ursinus College in 1980. He earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Toledo in 1990, and clerked for the Hon. Leonard Sugerman, judge of the Court of Common Pleas in Chester County, Pennsylvania from 1990 – 1991. He is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. 

David and his wife are the proud parents of twin sons, who are doing well in their careers. David enjoys working with clients to understand and stabilize their current financial situations, and steer them towards a sound financial future. David has extensive experience representing consumers in personal bankruptcy petitions, and has litigated bankruptcy cases in all of the Federal District courts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Additionally, he provides representation to consumers who have not received promised services and products from suppliers, and represents union members during the purchase or sale of their personal residences.
