J. Stewart Borrow

Education:
Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Taxation from New York University

Mr. Borrow has more than 40 years of experience in virtually all aspects of employee benefits law. His experience includes working in private practice for three major law firms, two Fortune 50 companies and two major benefits consulting firms. He has a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Taxation from New York University. At O’Brien, Belland & Bushinsky, he works primarily on ERISA and Internal Revenue Code compliance matters for our multiemployer plan clients. Mr. Borrow is admitted to the New York and New Jersey Bars as well as the Bar of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Concentration:
ERISA and Internal Revenue Code compliance.
