As an added value service for our clients, O'Brien, Belland & Bushinsky is a service provider on a number of union sponsored "Pre-Paid Legal Plans."  Under these legal plans, union members and their family members are provided a full array of legal services for free or at a greatly reduced rate.  These plans are often an employment benefit negotiated by union leadership.

The typical legal services provided include:

v     Municipal Court Representation, including disorderly persons offenses, traffic tickets, and drunk driving defense

v     Estate planning and simple wills
